This series of cabinet dough proofers comes with a refrigerated function with a temperature range of 2-40°C. Refrigeration is a bread making process where the dough is kept at 0-5°C, thus keeping the yeast in a dormant, inhibited state. With this series of proofers, you can put the dough batches made on the same day inside the cabinet, set the refrigeration and fermentation time in advance, and then automatically ferment the dough within the set time, saving the time of making bread and fermentation manually the next day, facilitating the centralised modulation of the dough and standardising production.
The dough proofer is available in single-door 18-tray, 36-tray and double-door 36-tray models, all with dual refrigeration and fermentation functions by default. The freezer function can be customised for an additional fee. For more information, please contact customer service.

Usually we ship by sea to save customers' budget. We can also ship by air and express if the customer needs urgent and can afford higher shipping costs (smaller size machines only).

1. If you choose "Shipping by sea", we will help you arrange shipping by sea and deliver to your nearest sea port!
2. If shipping by sea, our offer is based on the CNF business terms! That means after arriving at destination seaport, buyers must pay the destination port fees (such as terminal handling fees, document fees, storage fees, ect), tax to do the customs clearance and pick up the goods themselves.
3. If shipping by sea, there is no tracking number, but it have the waybill number (waybill is issued by shipping company, it is the shipping proof)
4. When shipping by sea, it takes around 10 ~ 60 days to arrive to different country with different delivery time. If you want to know the exact time, please contact us.
5. If you choose shipping by sea, but your country are within, it has to be transship during the transportation, sometimes, it have to do the customs clearance at the transship seaport.
6. We are not responsible for carrier transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery times may vary,particularly during peak periods or inclimate weather conditions. 
7. All items will be sent out from our warehouse in China directly.
