The grains processed by this machine can become the raw materials for snacks such as rice krispies and cereal bars. 1. During operation, the production must be carried out in strict accordance with the order of loading → upper cover → pre-tightening gland → start-up → ignition. After the puffing is completed, first pull the buffer bracket under the tank mouth, and then follow the steps of turning off the fire → stopping → locking → opening discharge in order of caps.
2. When discharging and opening the cover, there should be no one in front of the machine opening. The operator must stand on the right side of the machine and use a special wrench to turn the opening handle.
3. The material must be free of impurities, particles, and moisture content ≤ 10%.
4. Always check the pressure gauge and temperature gauge for normal.

Usually we ship by sea to save customers' budget. We can also ship by air and express if the customer needs urgent and can afford higher shipping costs (smaller size machines only).
1. If you choose "Shipping by sea", we will help you arrange shipping by sea and deliver to your nearest sea port!
2. If shipping by sea, our offer is based on the CNF business terms! That means after arriving at destination seaport, buyers must pay the destination port fees (such as terminal handling fees, document fees, storage fees, ect), tax to do the customs clearance and pick up the goods themselves.
3. If shipping by sea, there is no tracking number, but it have the waybill number (waybill is issued by shipping company, it is the shipping proof)
4. When shipping by sea, it takes around 10 ~ 60 days to arrive to different country with different delivery time. If you want to know the exact time, please contact us.
5. If you choose shipping by sea, but your country are within, it has to be transship during the transportation, sometimes, it have to do the customs clearance at the transship seaport.
6. We are not responsible for carrier transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery times may vary,particularly during peak periods or inclimate weather conditions.
7. All items will be sent out from our warehouse in China directly.
