GJJ series high-pressure homogenizer is used for homogeneous emulsification of liquid materials (liquid-liquid phase or liquid-solid phase) with viscosity below 0.2Pa.s and temperature below 80 ºC. The working principle of the high-pressure homogenizer is mainly to send the processed material to the homogenizing valve in the form of high pressure through the reciprocating movement of the three plungers, so that the material flowing through the small gap between the valve disc and the valve seat is subjected to turbulence, cavities, and shears instantly The original rough emulsion or suspension is processed into a very fine, uniform and stable liquid-liquid phase mixed emulsion or liquid-solid dispersion; the average emulsion fineness is less than 1um, and the solid The average particle size is below 2um.
