Bowl Cutter 20L
This is a small-sized bowl cutter, with a full volume of 20l. The main body of the machine is made of 304 stainless steel, and the blade material is nine chromium silicon. The machine has a water gate for easy cleaning. The pot is designed with an anti-spill pot edge, so that the raw materials will not overflow. The blade speed, pot speed, and the gap between the chopper and the rotating pot are designed reasonably, so the noise during operation is low, it is not easy to shake, and the fineness of the chopped raw materials is small and the temperature rise is low, so that the fineness and elasticity of the meat products are greatly improved.
